Discussion: Meningiomas are far less common in children and almost unknown to infants. However, meningioimas in children are more likely to behave aggressively, to be found at infratentorial, intraventriculr, or intraparenchymal locations. Meningiomas and meningioiangiomatosis are also associated with neurofibromatosis 2.
