Discussion: This photo illustrate some typical features of desmoplastic infantile ganglioglioma. Namely, there is a desmoplastic background with large cells and small cells that have features of glial cells and ganglionic cells. In addition, the large, ganglionic cells are well demarcated from the desmoplasti background.
