On modified Gomori's trichrome stained frozen sections, the observations are very similar to that of the hematoxylin-eosin stained section. A vaguely defined core, sometimes granular, can be seen in many fibers (àÝ). They are very subtle and are much better appreciated under the microscope than on computer screens.
