A 5 year-old Boy with Tethered Cord Syndrome.

Clinical information: The patient was a 5 year-old boy with tethered cord syndrome. Imaging studies revealed a small cystic mass at the filum terminale. The following specimen was obtained after surgical release of the tethered cord.
