A 57 year-old man with progressive dysphagia, severe dysarthria, dementia, and weight loss.
Clinical information: About two months before the patient died, the patient was seen at the neurology clinic. His symptoms include progressive dysphagia, severe dysarthria, dementia and weight loss. A diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia was made. The patient subsequently developed thrombosis of his distal aorta and died from complications of that thrombosis.
