A 57 year-old man with progressive dysphagia, severe dysarthria, dementia, and weight loss.

Clinical information About two months before the patient died, the patient was seen at the neurology clinic. His symptoms include progressive dysphagia, severe dysarthria, dementia and weight loss. A diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia was made. The patient subsequently developed thrombosis of his distal aorta and died from complications of that thrombosis.
