General:

#Valproic acid: administration of valproic acid during pregnancy introduce an absolute risk for spina bifida to 1-2%. Neural tube defects after valproic acid adminstration are usually severe open defects.

#Ventriculocele: an encephalocele in which a part of the ventricle is located in the herniated portion of brain (encephalocele).
