NeuroSim Case #03: 10 year-old girl with a hemispheric mass and hydrocephalus

History: This subject of this case was a 10 year-old girl with unremarkable birth history and development. Her academic performance declined substantially in the year before surgery and she also complained of headache. An MRI scan reviewed a large cerebral hemispheric mass that bulged into the ventricle and compressed the foramen of monro; there is also hydrocephalus. The pictures were taken from the mass yielded from her craniotomy.
